Age
This site and its products are for adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over. We record the date and time of that confirmation with your order. We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.
The product
The FrenchiLab rolling station is a 3D-printed PLA desk object measuring 150 × 120 × 50 mm and weighing approximately 70 g. It is sold empty and contains nothing. Because each unit is printed in small batches, colour and surface finish may vary slightly between units and from the photographs on this site.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include [[ vat status — either "vat at 20%" or "tva non applicable, art. 293 b du cgi" ]]. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under French and EU law, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes may be referred to the mediator at [[ consumer mediator name and url — required for french traders ]], or through the EU online dispute resolution platform.

What we collect
- Your name, email, and delivery address, so we can send you the thing you bought.
- Your order contents and history.
- The date and time you confirmed you are 18 or over.
- Technical data your browser sends, such as IP address.
Your card details are entered on our payment provider's own page. They never reach this website or our systems. We receive only a payment reference, the last four digits and the card brand.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To fulfil your order — performance of a contract.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation. Invoices are kept for [[ retention period — 10 years in france ]].
- To confirm age eligibility — legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- To send marketing email — only if you opt in, and you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it

Your rights

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, with no reason required. Tell us at [[ contact email ]] within that period, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

Condition
Return the station unused and in its original packaging. You may handle it as you would in a shop, but items showing use beyond that may be refunded at a reduced amount.
Cost of return

Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the original payment method, including the standard outbound shipping you paid.
Faulty or damaged
If the station arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photograph. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full, and we pay the return postage. This is in addition to your legal guarantee of conformity.
